About ArtOut

ArtOut, which began in 2017, is an annual project of the LGBTQ Resource Center (501c3) that features an exhibit of LGBTQ artists who reside in Gulfport, Florida and their supportive allies. It is displayed each year in the Gulfport Public Library during June which is Gulfport Pride Month. ​

ArtOut 2021 Organizing Committee:

Beryll Taylor: former owner of a professional picture framing and art reproduction center and volunteer to the LGBTG Resource Center since moving to Pinellas County in 2018.  

Tessie Rogers: LGBTQ Resource Center board member and volunteer. Owner of an art reproduction center and graphic artist specializing in exact art reproduction for professional artist clients prior to moving to Pinellas County in 2018.

Jessica Sager: LGBTQ Resource Center volunteer and art exhibit organizer for several art events. Longtime resident of Pinellas County. Just back from touring a whirlwind, former contestant on Gulfport is Alright. Public space curator, system disruptor, underground provocateur. Sometime poet, full-time employed, trying to get educated. Everyone is welcome to play in the sandbox.
