I am often coming out to people that meet me as nonbinary only for it to be disregarded or dismissed, or even forgotten. Most of the time I don't address it because I am made to feel embarrassed for this, but with this piece I wanted to make something that celebrates my identity. I am emerging from the nebula of creation as my self, giving myself the promise that I will protect my identity. I am Valid, I am real, I am a glorious reflection of the universe.
