The goal of my art is to make pieces that speak to people and feature marginalized groups that deserve recognition. I love using digital art because it gives me the opportunity to create a series of pieces faster than traditional art and it provides me with more freedom to blend lots of patterns, colors, and styles while still making my art cohesive.

Title/Medium: A Rainbow of Creativity [Original Digital Art]

"I created “A Rainbow of Creativity” to show that a love for art can connect people, even when their backgrounds and interests are different. Regardless of age, race, gender identity, or sexuality, art will always be a connecting passion with unique expressions for each person."

Title/Medium: The Art of Dance [Original Digital Art]

"'The Art of Dance' shows a dancer striking a pose as their passion for dance flows from their heart. I purposely tried to create a dancer that could potentially be viewed as any gender or race to showcase that a love for dance, especially ballet, is not tied to any specific type of person. So often people think of a dancer as a gendered person depending on the style of dance, but dance has no gender. It’s simply a beautiful way to express yourself and move to the music you love."

Finn Rodriguez is an emerging, young, LGBTQ+ and Latinx artist. They enjoy working on digital art and many of their art pieces express themes of community, positivity, diversity, and pride in who you are.
